City Break

Croatia is well-connected with many international hubs, making it easy to hop over for a mini break. Between international operators and low cost carriers, the main hotspots of Zagreb, Split and Dubrovnik are easily reached year round. Some of the less known ones, like Zadar, have great connections during the tourist season.

Croatian cities generally all feature exciting history and inspiring architecture, with many of them, like Split and Dubrovnik, listed as UNESCO World heritage sites. Between great museums, fascinating traditions and loads of entertaining activities, to a lively restaurant, shopping and café-bar scene, Croatian cities are also about relaxation, a slower pace and lots of wine and coffee.

Given that Croatia is altogether a small country, staying in a city also allows you to explore its wider region. From Split, the neighboring islands of Brač, Hvar or Šolta are a great excursion. Dubrovnik lies a stone's throw from two different countries, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The National Parks of Kornati and Krka waterfalls are an easy trip from Zadar, just like Plitvice Lakes – which can also be easily reached also from the countries capital of Zagreb.
