We are very flexible in planning and adjusting the itineraries so please don't hesitate to discuss any aspect of booking, ad- justments, accommodation, changes ...with us.

After we have agreed on the itinerary and you want to confirm your booking, we will send you an invoice for a 30% to 50% deposit (depending on the program). The deposits are partly non refundable since we pay most of our partners and guides in advance to ensure best quality and availability

The balance payment is due about a month before your arrival. For payments, we accept wire transfer and major credit cards through our secure payment gateway (Visa, Amex, Mastercard) If you are booking less than 4 weeks before your arriv- al, payment in full is required After we receive the deposit, we will issue an official booking confirmation. After we receive a balance payment, we will send you an INFO sheet (final traveling document) as a pdf document providing all of the contact information, times of departures and other necessary information Payment of the deposit constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions. In case of major changes after the final program has been confirmed, there will be a 250 € sur- charge.

Cancellation Policy

We don't have a fixed cancellation policy... If you, for any reason wish or need to cancel your journey, please let us know as. soon as possible so we can try to get as much of your payment returned as possible. We try to pay all our suppliers in ad- vance to ensure top quality service so, whatever we can refund at the time of canceling, we will refund. We keep 150 E per person for administrative fees

Credit Card payments

All payments will be effected in EURO. The amount your credit card account will be charged is obtained through the conver- sion of the price in Euro into Croatian Kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit

More Mandie LLC will protect your privacy and only request personally identifiable information of clients/users/travellers necessary to fulfill travel arrangements. User date is highly confidential and will not be shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your order. All employ- ees and partners are obligated to respect the privacy policy.
